Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

 

1. Reservation Process

To secure your preservation service, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

 

2. Payment Terms

Half of the remaining balance will be due on or before the date we receive your bouquet. The other half of the remaining balance will be due on or before the day that you pick up your final piece, or when the piece is shipped out to you.

 

3. No Lillies!

I do not accept lillies. If your bouquet contains lillies that you would like to have preserved, there will be an additional fee applied to your order!

 

4. Shipping Instructions (if not doing local drop off)

You are responsible for shipping your bouquet according to our detailed instructions. Proper packing is crucial to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a reputable courier service and shipping your bouquet as soon as possible after the event. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during shipping.

 

5. Preservation Process and Expectations

-Natural Variations : Since we are working with natural materials, some degree of color fading or browning may occur during the preservation process. While we strive to maintain the integrity and appearance of each flower, variations in size, shape, and color are inherent and accepted by you upon engaging our services.

- Color Correction: We may apply color correction techniques to enhance the appearance of your preserved flowers, particularly for white blooms.

- Processing Time: The preservation process typically takes between 6–10 weeks, depending on the specific flowers and design chosen.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the preservation of your flowers. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the preservation process.

 

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
